Exchange / Return

Within the United States:


If there is an issue with your order or you wish to return or exchange an un-washed, unworn item or defective item purchased within the US in the last 14 days, please email us at customerservice@aksalmonsisters.com for a return shipping label.
 

For International Orders:

Return and exchange labels will not be provided for international orders.  Customers wishing to return an item from outside of the US are welcome to send items to:

We will only receive and process international orders as a return, you must re-order for an exchange. Thank you for understanding. 

Upon receiving your package, we will mail an exchange item within five business days and you will receive its tracking number by email. If an item is returned, we will issue a full refund within five days of receiving and will email you a notification.
